PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN UNIT USAHA PT. BANK DKI SYARIAH
Abstract
PT. Bank DKI Syariah is one of company engaged infinancial intermediary institution. In order to upgrade the employee’s performance, it concerns about employee job satisfaction. In this research, analysis is conducted by applying quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis is conducted by applying simple linear regression formula. According to the calculation result, it obtained Sig. F value of 0.000 < 0.05 and R square value of 0,581. Coefficient correlation value is 0,581. This Y=10,269 + 0,444X simple linear regression formulation means that job satisfaction is positively affected on employee’s performance of Unit Usaha PT. Bank DKI Syariah.
